Refund and Exchange Policy (In-Store Purchases)

Customers are entitled for a refund and can cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of purchase before receiving the dress. However, in the event that the dress has been delivered to the client, worn, altered or adjusted in anyway there will be no refund.

All items must be inspected by the customer for any comments or adjustments, upon receiving the dress, and before exiting the premises.

We do not accept refunds on custom made dresses or dresses with modifications. A complete refund is applicable only in the event that the dress cannot be repaired, replaced or compensated after a minimum of three to four fitting sessions.

We do not accept refund on discounted & sale items, we offer one time exchange or store credit.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Kindly allow for up to 30 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Warranty

All Sophia Bognem Brand Items are under a one year warranty against any defects. Minor alterations and repairs are made free of charge for up to one year from the date of purchase.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy (Online Purchases)

Customers are entitled for a refund and can cancel their order within 12 hours from the time of purchase online, which is the time needed by the company to confirm order. After the order has been confirmed, the order can not be cancelled.

All Sophia Bognem Dresses are made to measure or altered to the customer size and preference. Gowns ordered online will be adjusted according to the measurements and information sent by the customer. In case of any adjustments needed due to wrong measurements, the customer shall cover the shipping cost of returning the dress for alterations.

We do not accept refunds on custom made dresses or dresses with modifications.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
